Shipping times, carrier and insurance.

 

If your order is instock it will be shipped within 2 business days or ready for pick up once we receive  your payment. If your order is to be made please allow us up to 3 business days ot get it ready. If its a larger order that needs to be made we will contact you via email or facebook messanger to discuss time it will take. 

You will receive a tracking number so you can check delivery dates and parcel progress.  We will find you the best price shipping and refund any over payment of shipping cost.

All parcels are sent with insurance. We determine lost and damaged parcels based on the outcome of the Canada Post claim. If successful we will offer you a voucher code to replace your product. 

There is no signature required upon delivery and the client must ensure a safe spot for parcel drop off. We are not responsible for deliveries made that are missing or stolen.

 

Returns, Refunds and Cancelled Orders

 

All sales are final. If your item is damaged from shipping you must send us an email with a picture right after receiving it so we can issue a claim. We do not issue refunds as we offer etransfer payments to us so you have time to cancel your order before payment.
